The key words here are instead of. Because we are not knowingly going to infringe copyright, we may make only one copy of your disk. This single copy can be an audio CD, or a CD-ROM of mp3 file (or, preferably, mp4 files), but you may not have both.
Remember that, as good as they are, mp3 and mp4 files are not the same quality as the tracks that are written to audio CD. If you accept a delivery in mp4 format you are opting for lower quality.
If you want this option, just let us know at the time of placing your order. There is no price difference.
